Executive Director of TRiO Programs for The College of Brockport and Director of the Ronald E. McNair Post Baccalaureate Program, the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program, and the Educational Talent Search Program; grant programs that assist low income, first-generation and underrepresented students in pursuing their goals of a post-secondary career or graduate study. Formerly a lecturer for the African and African American Studies Department and the Department of History at The College at Brockport. I serve on the President’s Committee for Diversity and Inclusion, as Chair of the Diversity Initiatives Committee, and am a member of the Institute for Engaged Learning Steering Committee and the Women and Gender Studies Board. I am also Past-President of the Association for Equality and Excellence in Education and currently serve as the Western New York Representative on the Board of Directors. I attended the University at Buffalo for doctoral work in Educational Leadership and Policy, received my MS in History (1995) and BA in American Studies (1992) from the State University of New York College at Brockport
