Sustaining Excellence: Achieving Program Objectives Through Intentional Design

When:  Jan 20, 2026 from 11:00 to 18:00 (ET)

Strong TRIO programs don’t happen by chance—they are built through intentional design, clear alignment of services to objectives, and leadership that adapts to change while staying true to its mission. This two-day virtual professional development will guide TRIO directors and staff through the core elements of program success: aligning services with objectives, using evaluation data to drive decision-making, managing change with confidence, leading staff effectively, stewarding budgets strategically, and leveraging community partnerships to expand impact.

Through faculty-led sessions, program-specific breakouts, and opportunities to connect TRIO program design with objective percentages and prior experience points, participants will gain both the inspiration and the practical tools to enhance their work. By the end of the training, you will leave with renewed clarity, actionable strategies, and the confidence to sustain excellence in meeting your project’s objectives, leading to an increase in your prior experience points.
