This course examines the criteria outlined in the Plan of Operation while encouraging participants to rethink and refine the design of their projects. Participants will explore research studies and best practices in program design, with a focus on integrating technology into their plans. What considerations should be made when developing each of the required plans in this section of the proposal? How has the pandemic influenced your approach to programming? Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn from one another by sharing best practices in selection, service delivery, and records management.
This ten-day online course has no live meetings to attend but participants are required to turn in assignments and discussions on specific dates. Participants who pass this course will receive a certificate indicating their success.
