COE will host a Proposal Writing Workshop (PWW) to assist participants in writing a competitive grant proposal. Critical areas of the proposal will be dissected and reviewed carefully with participants, as well as helpful hints learned from past competitions. Program begins July 21 at 12:00 pm Pacific Time with registration and concludes at 3:30 p.m. on July 22 at 3:30 pm Pacific Time.
The McNair Proposal Writing Workshop is free and for current COE Institutional Members ONLY!
Online registration ends at 5:00 p.m. Eastern on July 17, 2026. Professionals can register onsite after July 17,2026.
As a part of the PWW, COE, and experienced professionals will review up to three sections of your 2027 proposal. These critiques will take place the week of July 27. Only programs that attend the PWW will have the opportunity for a critique.
The PWW will take place at UCLA. COE will have a small block of rooms (coming soon) as well as stay tuned for more information on where at UCLA this will be held.
