Led by experienced directors and COE staff, the Innovation Forum on Project Models for McNair Programs offers a dynamic opportunity to strengthen and reimagine program design. Participants will explore a range of innovative strategies and project models, with a focus on effectively integrating required services to support student success.
Through collaborative discussions with colleagues from across the country, attendees will examine the strengths and limitations of different approaches, share promising practices, and gain practical insights to enhance their own programs. This engaging two-day Forum is designed to inspire fresh thinking and actionable ideas for program improvement.

The Forum will take place at UCLA. COE will have a small block of rooms (coming soon) as well as stay tuned for more information on where at UCLA this will be held.
