This course provides an overview of TRIO budgets and ways to effectively utilize your budget plan to accomplish project objectives. After a short review of TRIO program-specific regulations and OMB Circulars governing costs, assignments and activities will focus on financial resources in a flexible, productive budget. Assignments include revising the 23-24 budget you originally sent into ED at the beginning of the fiscal year and start planning your 24-25 budget. Participants have access to discussion posts with other course participants for the exchange of ideas and networking opportunities. COE will also host a 30-minute meeting with you to review your budget (optional).
